What is your idea of perfect happiness?

Having my loved ones healthy and happy and spend time with them as much as I want. Make them happy and take care of them.

Share the things I love doing with the people I care about.

Having the possibility to dream and the possibility to achieve that dream.

Have enough time and stillness in life. No stressing for irrelevant things/situations/people.

Sea, mountains, bicycle, running shoes, guitar, good book and music. A good coffee or a beer! :)


Which living person do you most admire?

Any person who is doing good things.


What is your greatest fear?

To disappoint the people who believe in me and not be able to make everyone around me happy.


What is your current state of mind?

Hopeful. Hopeful to learn a lot from this lockdown and to grow mentally: let go of negative irrelevant things that I’ve been bothered about often in my life that make me only lose precious time.
Calm, I made the best out of this lockdown by studying, learning new things, indoor training, reading books, playing guitar, catching up with friends more often…all the things you might miss in ordinary life.
Melancholic: really miss my home and really miss working with athletes live and not online.


What is your greatest extravagance?

Sport equipment, clothes, books.


Which word or phrase do you mostly overuse?

Others usually joke about my phrases like: Not a problem at all …Let’s find a solution…Look at the positive side…Awesome…Cool.


When and where are you happiest?

At home: near the sea or on our boat, watching the sunset with my family and friends.

..and at races/workout: anytime/anyplace with my athletes!


What or who is the greatest love of your life?

My dad, mum, sister and two brothers.


Where would you mostly like to live?

Still deciding if it’s where or rather surrounded by who.


Which talent would you most like to have?

Being able to play a lot of instruments and create music and learn how to draw reeeeeallly good.


What do you consider your greatest achievement?

Tough one! Professionally speaking, working at TNN and travelling the globe with Pro triathletes for 6 years now…and trying to qualify for Tokyo 2021 Olympics with the para-triathlete I’m coaching!


If you were to die and come back as a person or a thing, what would that be?

An eagle.


What is your most treasured possession?

My loved ones.


What do you most value in your friends?

Loyalty. Being able to listen. Work on the relationship and invest energy in maintaining it.Honesty.

Haruki Murakami, Markus Zusak, Carlos Ruiz Zafon, Ivica Prtenjaca.


Who are your heroes in real life?

My mum and dad…and Kobe Bryant!


What is it that you most dislike?

Arrogant non-humble people that don’t respect others  plus not minding your own business.


What is your favourite word?



What excited you creatively, spiritually or emotionally?

Learning new challenging things.
Being helpful/useful to others.


What sound or noise do you love?

The sea. The rain. Silence in the mountains. Bono Vox’s voice.


What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?

Being a doctor. Medicine would’ve been an alternative to the Sport Performance I studied.


What profession would you not like to do?

Any profession I “must” do even if I don’t like it.
