Beadle Takes Top 20 in Stage 3 of Czech Tour

16 August 2025

Stage 3 of the Czech Tour took the riders from Prostějov to Ostrava, covering 148 km with 1208 meters of climbing. The route was flatter compared to the first two days, making it a stage for a fast pace and an expected sprint finish.

An early breakaway led the race, but the peloton brought it back before the finish in Ostrava. As expected, the stage came down to a bunch sprint.

Our riders stayed safe in the group, with Hamish Beadle finishing 19th in the final sprint.

Hamish Beadle said after the stage:
“Another frustrating sprint for me. It was a pure sprint day, so it was always going to be a fast and difficult final. My goal was a top 10, but I ended up 19th. It’s disappointing, but again it’s a step in the right direction, and I’m finding my legs are better every day. The guys did a good job today, and it was great to see the devo boys getting stuck in!”

There is one more stage to go in the Czech Tour, and the team is ready to give it everything to finish strong.
