TNN ready to roll at Sparkassen Münsterland Giro

01 October 2025

Team Novo Nordisk will be back in Germany for Sparkassen Münsterland Giro on Friday with eyes on sprinters Andrea Peron and Matyas Kopecky for the 19th edition of the one-day race.

Covering 192 kilometers around Münster, in 20 years of existence the race has quickly became known as a sprinter friendly event and both Kopecky and Peron will be supported by a versatile team including Italian Filippo Ridolfo and Kiwi Hamish Beadle with the goal of protecting both fast men deep into the final meters.

We’re coming into Münsterland Giro with clear goals,” said General manager Vassili Davidenko. “It’s a well known sprinters race and the team is geared towards helping Andrea and Matyas into the best position possible and creating the opportunity for them.”

It’s been a long season and October is our last month of racing for 2025 and we need to empty the tank over the next couple of weeks and try to end on a high note. The last few days the whole team have trained well and we will give it everything to get the best result we can on Friday.”

Belgian Quinten De Graeve and neo pros Celestin Wattelle and Bailey McDonald complete the lineup and provide strength in depth.

The moral and motivation is still high within the team at this late stage of the season, especially after our good results in Slovakia and Shanghai recently,” said Peron. “Münsterland Giro can be a good race for us, and we have options for the final. We’ve been here before and know what to expect, it will be a fast race and for sure a big battle between the sprinters.”
