Team Novo Nordisk fought hard through a gruelling Stage 3 of the Tour de Taiwan, marked by relentless pace and selective racing in the final kilometers. The peloton saw constant pressure from the front, with little control, leading to a fragmented and intense day on the bike.
Hamish Beadle finished just outside the top 10 after a determined effort, positioning well in the final corner with support from teammate Anton Muller, who helped guide the sprinter into the decisive moments. “Anton placed me super well with 1km to go and in the final corner I had a great position but just lost the wheels and got boxed in with the barriers,” Beadle shared, reflecting on the chaotic finale.
The team worked cohesively throughout, with Muller riding strongly and the squad managing key moves in the final 30 kilometers after rejoining the front. Despite lingering uncertainty from the crash in stage 1, the team remained resilient. “Considering the crash on the first day, today is a nice sign for the rest of the tour,” Beadle added, highlighting the team’s growing momentum.
