Second stage of Istrian Spring Trophy

The second stage of the Istrian Spring Trophy started in Novigrad, a beautiful historic town on the western coast of Istria in Croatia. Covering 173 kilometers, this was easily the most challenging of the race. The stage included a tough hilltop finish in the town of Motovun and as expected the stage brought some fireworks.

Celestin Wattelle, the teams new French sprinter alongside compatriot Doriand Percrule managed to finish well with Percrule in particular close to the leading group.
