Team Novo Nordisk Development Team Starts Season in Greece

Team Novo Nordisk Development Team kicked off their 2024 season with a block of races in Greece, with the Visit South Aegean Islands race being the first. 

The first stage, a challenging 180-kilometer route, gave the young riders a chance to test their legs after their winter preparation.

Development Team General Manager Daniel Holt:

“This was our first race of the year, the beginning of the season. I told the guys to try to save up some energy for potential crosswinds and then to work together to position themselves well for the final 2 km climb to the finish.”

“Everyone rode well today, especially Louis-Marie (Posnic) and Anton (Muller), who were able to stay with the main group over all the climbs. Unfortunately, they were both caught behind the crash 500m to the finish line.”
