Promotion begins on October 22, 2018, and ends October 31, 2018, when all entries must be received (“Promotion Period”).

The winner will be announced on or around November 3, 2018.

Completing the registration form automatically registers you for a chance of winning.

Winner selection will be conducted from all eligible* entries on or around November 3, 2018 (the “Drawing Date”).

Participants may only enter once. You do not need to have diabetes to participate.

3. PRIZES

One winner will be announced by November 3, 2018.

The winner will receive the custom-made 2018 Team Novo Nordisk Mixino cycling helmet created in the video here.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winner selection will be conducted at random by Team Novo Nordisk from all eligible* entries on or around November 1, 2018 (the “Drawing Date”).

Potential winners will be notified by Team Novo Nordisk via email.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within five (5) days from the date Team Novo Nordisk first tries to notify him/her, such potential winner forfeits all rights to win the Promotion or receive the prize.
