Today it was another tough day with really hot weather. It was a tactic race and was very important to stay in the front and save energy.
I felt good but I did have hard moments. The final lap of 50 km particularly was very challenging.
I didn’t make the top 20 but I am happy with the 21st place and my position in GC.

Stage 3 was another tough stage but it was a good day for the team with Peter in the front group.
Personally it was quite a hard day. I didn’t felt at my best and couldn’t reach the result I hoped for. I want to stay positive, I can feel my legs are better day after day. We still have tomorrow and we’ll give it all.
Tomorrow the world’s first all-diabetes professional cycling team will continue to show what’s possible with diabetes on the final stage at Tour du Limousin with a 177.9 kilometer race that starts in Lac de Saint-Pardoux and finishes in Limoges.
