St-Prosper, Canada — Belgian rider Kevin de Mesmaeker finished best for Team Novo Nordisk at Friday’s 19-km Tour de Beauce Individual Time Trial. I just pushed as fast as I could to test my time trial skills,” said the 24-year-old de Mesmaeker, who finished 1:52 behind stage winner Neilson Powless of Axeon Hagens Berman.
